Ludvig Frøkjær Thomsen — director

Danish director with a general love for that strange place where aesthetics meet abnormal humor. Grew up surrounded by classical music and culture, which sparked a deep interest in art from an early age. Always been drawn to telling meaningful, offbeat stories — ones that often lean into nostalgia, laughter, and the kind of oddness that leaves a trace.

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Production and Management from The Danish Media & Journalism School. After a completed internship at new-land, continued working as a director’s assistant. Since then, had the chance to shadow and learn from some of the industry’s leading directors, gaining invaluable insight into the craft of storytelling and filmmaking along the way.
